Nelson Bay Bowling Club currently offers a versatile range of rooms and configurations to select from. We cater for small business meetings and seminars, as well as large weddings and social gatherings. No matter the size or scope of your upcoming event, our modern facility is sure to please.

Together, you’ll be able to create a unique package tailored just for you.

All Guests to the club attending a function will need to present full identification and sign in accordingly.

Weddings

When it comes to wedding planning, there are countless matters to consider. Thankfully, our events coordinator is standing by to cater to your needs. Our wedding options range from simple cocktails and canapes to lavish buffets and receptions. We also feature a pair of different sized function rooms to select from (depending on availability), which each offer fantastic views and spacious seating arrangements.

Birthdays and Family Events

Nelson Bay Bowling Club can cater for all family events, including birthdays, engagement parties, christenings, wakes and much more. We feature 3 rooms to select from, and have tailored specific event packages to suit your needs. Take a look at the following documents to get a better feel for our rates and conditions.

Corporate Events and Presentation Nights

Mark your end-of-year Christmas party or awards presentation with Nelson Bay Bowling Club! Celebrate every occasion with your colleagues in a casual atmosphere whilst enjoying some of the best views in Port Stephens. Please view our packages below, and decide which option is right for your corporate event.

BAREFOOT BOWLS

Barefoot bowls and BBQ packages are available by contacting
Functions Co-ordinator.

Bowls 
$10.00 per person

$20 Deposit for the Jack which is refundable on return to reception.

Children Welcome 
$5 per child
