ABOUT THE CLUB
Situated along the pristine waters of Port Stephens, Nelson Bay Bowling & Recreation Club provides the perfect venue to experience all that the local region has to offer in the way of sport, leisure and entertainment. The club has been a favorite venue amongst locals and visitors for over 50 years and has maintained a strong community focus by supporting many area sporting, community and charity groups.
Our club features superb dining and bar facilities to complement our collection of versatile function and meeting rooms. In fact, these spaces can cater for up to 300 people, and provide the perfect one-stop recreation venue you’ve been searching for. Club members also love taking advantage of our weekly raffles, promotions, Bingo games and shows. We provide everything necessary to experience a great night out with your friends and family members.
Nelson Bay Bowling Recreational Club
The club features full bowling facilities and welcomes all bowlers and social players to enjoy the superior turf greens on offer. We also cater to all functions, from corporate events to weddings and birthday parties. The club is wheelchair friendly with easy access from the car park, as well as a lift available centrally. We also provide a courtesy bus from Thursday through Sunday, picking up from 4pm.

Our club is a proud supporter of local junior and senior sport as well as many community support initiatives. We spend approximately a quarter of a million dollars each year within the local community to provide sporting facilities for bowls and to support local community groups. You can trust that Nelson Bay Bowling Club takes great pride in assisting the local community.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY
-Pick Up from approx 3.45, 5.00, 6.00pm and then on the hour
-Drop Off on the half hour from 5.30pm
SUNDAY -Pick Up from approx 3.15pm
-Drop Off from approx 5.30, 6.30, 7.30pm

- Arrival & Departure Times may vary due to operational issues.
- Guests are requested to be waiting outside Pick up address.
- Offensive Behaviour and Bad Language will not be tolerated.
- No Smoking or Drinking on the Bus
